Shipping and refund policy
Shipping is FREE on orders over $100 CAD to Canada
We use Canada Post for our deliveries. Your purchase will be on its way 24 to 48 hrs after the order placement. A Canada post tracking # will be sent to your email once your order has shipped! You can expect to receive these items in 5-10 business days
We don’t ship outside of Canada at this time.
LOCAL DELIVERIES
We offer free deliveries on orders over $50 in our free delivery zone - excluding taxes and gift cards-. We will notify you once your order is ready and decide the date and time of the delivery at your convenience. This is typically within 48 hours of your purchase. Free delivery zone; HRM, Bedford Municipal, Hammonds Plains. Please check the map to see if your location is within these borders.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
To make a return, email us at sweetfigsinfo@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Please note: all sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
A note about shipping in the age of COVID: While we still see %96 of shipments arrive without issue and within a normal timeframe, some shipments will not show tracking movement for several weeks before they arrive. Please note we cannot consider a shipment lost until 45 days have elapsed from the date the package was shipped. We understand this can be frustrating, but if your shipment is delayed, please wait to contact us until 45 days have passed as there will be no action we can take until that point.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sweetfigsinfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or ask for store credit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
